A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I’m quite the seasoned food allergy mom…

My oldest child, and my only daughter, was born in 2005. It only took about two months before I was introduced to the world of food allergies. By the time she was eight months old, she had already had her first episode of anaphylaxis. What followed over the next nearly two decades was a series of major ups and downs, a dozen epinephrine injections, and years and years of perfecting vegan baking and dairy-, egg- and nut-free cooking.

All of my recipes are free from dairy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.

From vegan chocolate sheet cake to dairy- and egg-free spaghetti and meatballs, I’ve got you covered to keep your loved one safe and well-fed!
